We prepare lunch buffets for up to 50 people and operate a café at our premises in Balsall Heath offering hot and cold food, snacks and beverages to the local community. We focus on sourcing fresh, local, high quality, seasonal ingredients, which ensure that the best possible results are achieved at affordable and highly competitive prices.

As a social enterprise however we do much more than deliver a quality catering and café service. We also provide training and employment opportunities for local unemployed people enabling them to gain experience of food preparation, stock control, customer services and using a till. This provides excellent preparation for progressing into sustainable employment within the hospitality and catering industry where there is considerable demand for trained, experienced staff.
