The key to our success is combining work experience or skills training with individually tailored personal development programmes, which address client’s specific personal needs and barriers.

All Jericho clients participating in work experience programmes receive guidance and encouragement from their supervisor who will work alongside them to provide immediate coaching and mentor support whenever needed. Job search and work related skills are taught using innovative, fun group sessions, which help clients access learning more easily whilst one-to-one sessions with our client support staff provide more intensive coaching, support and counselling where appropriate. Jericho also run an events based social club called Breakers Club which offers clients the opportunity to take part in a broad range of activities such as paint balling, bowling, skating and outdoor activities etc. Our leisure room continues a similar theme by enabling clients and staff to interact in a more relaxed atmosphere over a game of pool or table tennis. Our involvement continues long after the programme is completed. We offer an ongoing mentor support programme to all individuals as they adjust to a new job or training course. In addition all Jericho clients remain members of Breakers Club for life and are always free to come and use our job search suite, our IT facilities or the leisure room and cafe.
