The Jericho Foundation work with individuals who experience significant personal or occupational barriers to employment, training or social inclusion. These barriers include long-term unemployment, lack of skills or qualifications, homelessness, alcohol or substance misuse, a criminal record, low self esteem or confidence or a mild mental health problem.

Many of our clients come from black or minority ethnic groups and most find out about us from our outreach projects based in some of the most deprived areas of our cities. Others are referred to us by a range of partner organisations in the voluntary, private and public sectors including Jobcentres, hostels, housing associations, community organisations, drug and alcohol treatment providers, offender managers and local prisons. In each case, our clients receive a comprehensive package of support tailored to their individual needs.
